Our contact form had been broken for months — we had no idea. They rebuilt the site, fixed it, and messages started coming through again.Aaron FinchYeager Solutions · Sheridan, WY
Your Business Presence, Handled.
We help small businesses maintain a professional online presence through fast websites, Google visibility support, hosting, updates, and ongoing management — without adding another thing to worry about.
Talk to a real person. No pressure, no agency runaround.
Broken forms. Outdated design. A Google listing nobody updates. We fix it, then we manage it so you don't have to think about it.
Most small businesses are quietly losing customers online.
Contact forms that don't work.
The form submits, nobody gets the email, the customer calls your competitor. You're losing inquiries every week and you don't even know it.
Sites stuck in 2013.
Tiny text on phones. Broken links. Hours that haven't been right in years. Customers judge you in three seconds, and they're judging.
A Google listing nobody updates.
Wrong hours. Old address. Photos from when you opened. Customers searching for you on their phones land on a profile that looks abandoned — and they pick the next option.
The pieces of your online presence, in one place.

Uptime and performance monitoring
We watch the site so you don't have to. If something breaks or slows down, we usually catch it before you do.
A simple, practical process.
We learn your business.
A short discovery call to understand your services, customers, and what isn't working today. We gather what you have — photos, hours, services, existing accounts — and figure out what still needs to be put together.
We build & launch.
A clean, fast, mobile-friendly website built around your services and customers, with your Google Business Profile reviewed and dialed in. Hosting on hardware we own, SSL, daily backups, analytics, and a contact form delivering straight to your inbox.
We continue managing things.
Hours change. Services change. Photos go stale. Google updates how listings work. We keep the site, the listing, and the basics current — and act as your real point of contact for anything that needs to be added, fixed, or updated.
Your website is only part of the picture.
A website helps customers understand who you are. Your Google Business Profile helps them find you. We help manage both so your business looks consistent, current, and professional wherever someone is searching.
- Business info kept consistent across your site and Google
- Services and categories aligned with what you actually do
- Photo and content guidance so the profile looks current
- Support for responding to customer reviews
- Posts and updates when there's something worth saying
- The local search foundation that helps customers in your area find you
We don't promise rankings, and we don't guarantee leads. We won't ever buy or manipulate reviews. What we do is keep the basics in good shape so the people already searching for a business like yours find a professional one.

Talk About Your BusinessStraight answers.
Who owns my domain and Google Business Profile?
You do. Your domain and Google Business Profile should stay registered in your business's name. We can help manage them on your behalf, but we don't hold onto accounts that belong to your business — that's a line we don't cross.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No. The monthly managed service is month-to-month after launch. Cancel when you need to. Nothing auto-renews into multi-year commitments.
Do you disappear after launch?
No — the opposite. The ongoing service is built around continued support, hosting, monitoring, and management after launch. Most routine updates — new hours, swapped photos, copy changes, adding a service, posting an announcement, fixing a typo — are part of the monthly service. Larger projects (a full new section, a redesign, a significant new feature) we'll scope separately and tell you up front.
What happens if I cancel?
Your domain and Google Business Profile stay with you — they should always be in your business's name. If we built a static website for you, we can hand off an export of the site files. Hosting, updates, SEO management, Google Business Profile management, monitoring, and support end when the service ends.
What if I already have a website or domain?
We can migrate what's there and keep your domain in your name. Existing sites are usually live on our servers within about a week of kickoff.
Do you handle Google Business Profile and local SEO?
Yes. We set up and manage your Google Business Profile and put a basic local SEO foundation in place so your business looks consistent across search and maps. We don't promise rankings, and we don't guarantee leads — we focus on the things that actually matter for local visibility.
Do you help with business email and phone?
Yes. If you're still using a Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook consumer account, we'll walk you through moving to a proper email address on your business domain. We'll also recommend practical phone setup, call routing, and voicemail when it's useful. Looking professional matters in inboxes and on the phone.
How fast can you launch?
About two weeks from kickoff to live site is typical. Faster if your content is ready, longer if there's a lot to gather. We'd rather get it right than rush a launch.
Tell us about your business.
We'll get back to you within one business day. No sales pitch, no pressure, just a straight answer about whether we're a fit.
Here's what happens next: we call you within one business day, talk for fifteen minutes, and send you a proposal. If you say yes, we launch in about two weeks.
